Common questions
The questions we get most often from CMOs, founders, and marketing leadership before booking a call. If something here isn't clear — or if you need it bespoke — call or email and we'll answer in plain language.
The basics
VIMDRIVE is an AI-native digital marketing agency headquartered in Dubai, UAE. We deploy nineteen proprietary AI agents to run and optimise marketing campaigns for brands across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the GCC.
It means our delivery system is built around AI agents from the ground up — not bolted onto a traditional agency org chart. Most agencies use AI as a productivity layer; we use it as the execution layer. Strategists direct, agents do the work, and the architecture compounds learning across clients (without sharing data between them).
Traditional agencies optimise for billable hours — their incentive is time, not results. VIMDRIVE's AI agents execute continuously and optimise in real time. No monthly review cycles. No brief-revision-approval bottlenecks. Just measurable performance improvements, delivered fast.
An in-house team gives you focus and brand depth, but pays for capacity even when you don't need it — and can't span every discipline at the level you need them. VIMDRIVE gives you four full disciplines on demand, scaling up and down with your scope. Many clients keep a small in-house team and use us as the execution + optimisation layer.
Dubai, UAE. Strategists, creative directors, and account leads are on the ground in Dubai. Agents run on infrastructure hosted in compliant regional data centres.
VIMDRIVE was founded in 2022 by a team of senior agency operators and engineers who had spent the previous decade running marketing for major Gulf brands. The founding thesis: the next era of marketing belongs to teams that pair human strategic clarity with machine-speed execution.
Pricing & engagement
We charge a fixed monthly platform fee that covers the agent infrastructure, plus a performance component tied to agreed KPIs. There is no hourly billing. Pricing scales with scope — number of disciplines, number of markets, content volume — not with how many hours we logged. Most engagements start between AED 35,000 and AED 120,000 per month.
Three months minimum. AI marketing systems compound over time — within the first 30 days we're instrumenting and baselining; the meaningful uplift starts in months two and three. After that, contracts run month-to-month with 30 days' notice.
Within a category, yes. We will not run paid media for two direct competitors at the same time. Outside that, you can keep any other agency relationships you want — many clients keep PR or events agencies separate.
Weeks 1–2: VIMD01 audits your data and establishes a baseline. Weeks 3–4: VIMS01 presents the strategic framework and 90-day roadmap. Weeks 5–8: VIMP01 and VIMC01 activate paid + creative; VIMS01 oversees SEO/GEO. Weeks 9–12: optimisation cadence locks in; first reporting cycle delivered. By day 90 we're running steady-state and you should see measurable uplift on the headline KPI.
You get a dedicated VIMDRIVE strategist as your primary contact. They run weekly calls, write the monthly report, and own the relationship. Behind them sits the agent stack — but you never have to talk to a chatbot.
One 30-minute weekly check-in. One 90-minute monthly review. Plus a real-time dashboard, plus messaging access between meetings. We don't run weekly status meetings just to fill the calendar.
AI safety & brand
Three layers. First, a brand voice model trained on your archive and approved by your team before any creative is published. Second, automated guardrails — banned phrases, tonal constraints, regulatory rules — enforced at generation time. Third, human-in-the-loop review for any creative going live above a defined spend threshold.
Most of it, yes — and we're upfront about that. The first draft is produced by VIMC01, then reviewed by a senior creative director on our side, then by your team if you want approval workflow. The output is consistently better than industry-average human creative because we test more variants in a week than a traditional agency tests in a year.
Generally not — when AI creative is well-directed, it reads as good marketing. Where AI involvement is regulated or expected (some categories require disclosure of AI-generated imagery, e.g.), we follow the rules. We never run synthetic-celebrity ads, deepfakes, or anything that would mislead an audience.
Yes — VIMC01 produces native Arabic creative for Gulf, Levantine, and standard MSA contexts. We don't auto-translate from English; Arabic creative is generated natively against the brief and reviewed by Arabic-language editors on our team.
Pre-publication review catches the vast majority. We log every creative variant produced and every change made to a campaign — so any incident is traceable to the originating decision. In two years of operation we've had zero brand-safety incidents reach a live audience.
Regional capability
UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman. We have working knowledge of Egypt and Levant markets through client work but those aren't our primary focus.
Yes. We run paid media on the platforms that matter in KSA (Snap is significant), comply with the GAMR creative rules where relevant, and have working relationships with the local platform reps.
Yes — and we plan for it. VIMS01 maintains an Islamic-calendar overlay to all media plans. Creative tone shifts, daypart shifts, and audience behavioural patterns during Ramadan are built into the strategy.
Yes — VIMC01 produces both natively. We don't translate; we generate against the brief in both languages and let each language version perform on its own merits.
Data & ownership
You do. All creative, copy, audience segments, and content produced for your account are your property under our standard MSA. We retain rights to the underlying agent infrastructure (which is not specific to your brand).
Yes. Client data is stored in dedicated, region-compliant infrastructure. We do not train shared foundation models on client data. Each client's brand voice model, audience data, and historical performance is isolated. We sign DPAs and NDAs as standard.
You get a structured handover: all account access (which was always yours), audience segments, creative archive, attribution model documentation, dashboards exported. We don't hold accounts hostage. Most exits are amicable — and a few have come back.
Only the data needed to run the marketing — typically ad-platform performance data and aggregated CRM signals (e.g. lifetime value cohorts). We don't need raw PII. If your engagement requires deeper CRM access we'll scope it explicitly under a DPA.
Other questions
Yes. Many engagements start with paid media or SEO and add disciplines as they prove out. The architecture is designed for this — adding VIMC01 to an existing VIMP01 engagement, for example, is a one-week onboard, not a re-pitch.
Occasionally. We white-label specific agent capabilities for a small number of partner agencies. If that's the conversation, mention it on the form and we'll route it correctly.
Annual marketing budgets between AED 1M and AED 50M. Below that, the platform fee doesn't make sense; above it, you usually need more than one execution partner. Sweet spot is brands spending AED 200k–800k per month on paid media.
Yes. The strategy call is partly a working demo — we'll run a piece of your brief through the agents live. No theatre, real output. Book one and we'll set it up.
That just means we haven't published a case there yet. The agents are not industry-specific — VIMS01 reads category dynamics from your data. We've worked across hospitality, luxury, real estate, sports, professional services, and DTC. Talk to us.
